Refund policy

Is it possible to cancel an order once it's placed?

Certainly. If you need to cancel an order, please act promptly! Just send an email with the subject line: "CANCEL ORDER - [Your Order Code]" to support@personalsunday.com within 3 hours of placing the order. We'll quickly review your request and provide you with cancellation options.

If your order hasn't been produced or shipped yet, we'll send you a confirmation email approving the cancellation request, along with details on the refund process.

Once your order is in production or en route, cancellation is no longer feasible.

Our system operates fully automated to ensure swift production and delivery worldwide, so we always advise thorough review of order details before completing payment.

What if the product is faulty?

Not to worry. You're entitled to a refund or replacement from Personal Sunday without the hassle of returning the item if it's faulty due to production or shipping.

How does the refund process work?

If your order is defective, simply snap some clear photos of the issue and email them to support@personalsunday.com. We'll review your complaint and get back to you to discuss the next steps.

Our refund policy is valid for a period of 15 days from the date of delivery to submit a request. Beyond this 15-day window from the date you receive your order, we will not accept refund requests for any reason.

When will I receive the refund?

Once your refund request is approved, the refunded amount will be sent to your account within 5-15 business days
